Translation services
Translation of contracts, judgments, decisions, powers of attorney, company register extracts and other legal documents, using precise legal terminology.
As a court interpreter, I produce and certify certified translations, including the translation of stamps, seals, signatures, certifications and other official notes. An apostille is a special certificate issued by the competent authority for the use of a public document in another country; if it forms part of the document, it is translated together with it.
Interpreting at meetings, at notaries, in court and before other authorities, as well as in business negotiations.

About me
I founded Synoma Studio to offer clients a translation service built on direct communication, a personal approach and responsibility for every project. Language and linguistics have long been part of my professional and personal interests. After completing my traineeship, I continued my career in the modern translation industry, combining my linguistic education with practical experience, modern translation technologies and work on demanding specialist content. I particularly value direct contact with clients, as it allows a better understanding of their needs and a more precise adaptation of the translation to its purpose and context. Remote work also allows flexible organisation, direct communication and consistent quality, regardless of where the project is carried out.

How we handle requests

Document and contact
Send the document by email, through the contact form or any other available channel, stating the language, the purpose of the translation and your preferred deadline. After reviewing the document, we confirm the price, turnaround time and delivery method.

Quote and turnaround
After reviewing the content, scope and specifics of the documents, we send you a quote with the price and turnaround time. Shorter translations are usually completed within 24 hours, and a shorter deadline can be arranged for urgent translations at a slightly higher price.

Translation
I handle every translation personally, carefully and with full responsibility, paying particular attention to terminology, accuracy and completeness. Before completion, the translation is checked again against the source document.

Delivery
Every translation is delivered on time and is consistent with the source document in both content and form. Certified translations can be delivered on paper, digitally or both, as agreed with the client.

You can deliver documents in person to our address or send them electronically via messaging apps or email.
Yes. The document can be sent as a photo and the translation can be prepared from it, provided the original is presented when the translation is collected and bound.
We complete the translation within 24 hours or as agreed; urgent translations are charged extra.
Our certification guarantees the accuracy of the translation, so no further certification is needed.
We don't issue apostilles – the Basic Court in Banja Luka does – but we translate the apostille together with the complete document.
